Authorize to execute the first of two contract renewal options with Dubois & King Inc., South Burlington, VT (originally approved by G&C on 6-10-15, item #43), for Professional Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing Engineering Services for planning and design of various projects as necessary and required by the Department, in an amount not to exceed $250,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018.
