Description
Authorize to retroactively amend a per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances Remediation Response Fund (PFAS RLF) grant agreement to Lochmere Village Water District, Tilton, NH (originally approved by G&C on 12/21/22, Item #85, archived document ) by extending the completion date from July 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026 to allow additional time to complete the required closure paperwork and submit for reimbursement for their per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances treatment installation project. Effective as of July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through March 31, 2026. This is a no cost time extension. 100% PFAS Response Funds
