Description

Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with Eurofins Environment Testing Radon, LLC, Dover, DE (originally approved by G&C on 6/14/21, Item #17), to continue providing radon test kits to New Hampshire residents, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $120,000 from $179,069 to $299,069 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2028. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% Federal Funds
