Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Ben Johnson Associates Inc., Tallahassee, FL, to provide expert services to support OCA’s in two rates cases filed by natural gas utilities at the Public Utilities Commission,; EnergyNorth Natural Gas Corp d/b/a Liberty Utilities; and Northern Utilities Inc., d/b/a Unitil, plus additional cases as time and budget allow, in an amount not to exceed $48,895. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2019. 100% Public Utility Assessment.
