Authorize to amend existing contract with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 12, 2025 (originally approved by G&C on 6/14/23, Item #40A), to continue providing specialized services to individuals with serious mental illnesses, or co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use disorders, who are imminently at risk of or experiencing homelessness, by exercising contract renewal options by increasing the total price limitation by $585,836 from $576,000 to $1,161,836 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
