Description
Authorize to enter into contracts with the Contractors as detailed in the letter dated May 19, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $4,600,000 to provide statewide Care Management Entity services to manage and coordinate care services for children, youth and their caregivers with complex mental and/or behavioral health needs. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 100% General Funds
