Description

Authorize to enter into an Attorney Agreement with Amy B. Davidson, Contoocook, NH, in the amount of $45,600 for legal representation for individuals subject to revocation of conditional discharge, emergency medication administration, or emergency transfer to New Hampshire Hospital’s Secure Psychiatric Unit. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval through June 30, 2029, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. 100% General Funds
