Authorize to amend an existing sole source contract with Southeastern Regional Education Services Center Inc., Bedford, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6-19-13, item #120), to continue providing community based services to children and youth in NH who have special feeding & swallowing healthcare needs, by increasing the price by $138,086 from $715,732 to an amount not to exceed $853,818, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2017 to March 31, 2018. 30% Federal, 70% General Funds.
