Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment of an agreement with Child and Family Services, a non-profit agency, Manchester, NH (originally approved by G&C on 8-26-15, item #12), for the State Grant-in-Aid Funds program, by increasing the price by $301,769 from $303,538 to $605,307, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2018, as well as increasing the scope of service. 25% Federal, 75% General Funds.
