Description
Authorize to enter into a sole source amendment to an existing contract with NFI North, Inc., Contoocook, NH (originally approved by G&C on 7/15/20, Item #16), to continue providing transitional housing services for qualifying adults who have severe mental illness, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $3,375,800 from $14,281,400 to $17,657,200 and extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2026. Effective July 1, 2025, upon G&C approval. 100% General Funds
