Description
Authorize the Glencliff Home to enter into an agreement with Healthdirect Institutional Pharmacy Services Inc., Concord, NH, to provide Pharmacy Services to meet the medication needs of the patients in Glencliff Home, in an amount not to exceed $34,500. Effective July 1, 2017 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2019. 20% General, 80% Agency Funds.
