Description
Authorize the Glencliff Home to amend an agreement with The Alternative Life Center, Conway, NH, to continue to provide peer support services to Glencliff Home residents, by increasing the price by $1,200 from $1,046,552 to an amount not to exceed $1,047,752. Effective July 1, 2017 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through the original completion date of June 30, 2018. 19% General, 81% Agency Funds.
