Authorize to amend an existing contract with NAMI New Hampshire, Concord, NH (originally approved by G&C on 6/30/21, Item #18), to continue providing Family Mutual Support Services and supporting the Critical Incident Stress Management trainings, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $1,430,204 from $3,071,357 to $4,501,561 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to June 30, 2027.
