Authorize the Bureau of Planning and Community Assistance to enter into a contract with the Southern NH Planning Commission, Manchester, NH, to undertake certain transportation related planning activities, in the amount of $1,676,952. Effective July 1, 2017 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
