Description
Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to enter into a contract with Macpage LLC, South Portland, ME, for performing a limited scope audit of the financial and reporting requirements of the ground lease contract of the developer/operator of the Hooksett Welcome Centers, in the amount of $49,500. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2019, with an option to renew for up to two additional two year periods up to, but not beyond December 31, 2023. 100% Turnpike Funds.
