Authorize the Bureau of Mechanical Services to enter into a sole source service agreement with DFM Enterprises Incorporated, North Haven, CT, to provide repairs and scheduled maintenance to the Bureau of Mechanical Services’ Under Bridge Inspection Truck, for a fee not to exceed $73,700. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2020. 100% Highway Funds.
