Authorize the Bureau of Highway Design to enter into an agreement with the firm of Stantec Consulting Services Inc., Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and Bedford, NH, for Part B1 final design of improvements to the NH101/NH101A intersection in the Town of Amherst, for an amount not to exceed $108,715.64.
