Authorize to enter into a sole source agreement with the University of NH, Earth Systems Research, Durham, NH, to continue implementation of GRANIT, the state’s computerized geographic information system, in the amount of $140,000. Effective July 1, 2017 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2019. 100% General Funds.
