Authorize the Division of Career Technology and Adult Learning to enter into a contract with NH Jobs for America’s Graduates, Manchester, NH, to provide youth services, employment, and training in four communities in the State of NH (Claremont, Concord, Manchester, Woodsville), in an amount not to exceed $1,951,452.
