Authorize to enter into a sole source Cooperative Project Agreement with the University of NH, Institute for Health Policy and Practice, Durham, NH, to provide semi-annual updates to the NH Hospital Scorecard, a data analytics tool, and facilitation services to the members of the NH Purchasers Group on Health, in the amount not to exceed $33,000.
