Description

Authorize to retroactively amend an existing contract with Rockingham Nutrition Meals on Wheels, Brentwood, NH, in the amount of $2,869,063.90 (originally approved by G&C on 12-21-16, item #15), to change the transportation service rate within the price limitation for the provision of Nutrition and/or Transportation Services. Effective upon G&C approval through the original end date of September 30, 2018. 54% Federal, 46% General Funds.
