Authorize to enter into sole source agreements with the vendors as detailed in letter dated May 4, 2017, to provide permanent housing and coordinated entry housing programs to chronically homeless individuals and families through the Federal Continuum of Care program in an amount not to exceed $1,724,608. Effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
