Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an agreement with Cooperative Alliance for Seacoast Transportation, Dover, NH, for coordinated transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities, in an amount not to exceed $132,808. Effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
