Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an agreement with Upper Valley Lake Sunapee Regional Planning Commission, Lebanon, NH, for coordinated transportation services for seniors and individuals with disabilities, in an amount not to exceed $390,829. Effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
