Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into an agreement with Community Action Program Belknap-Merrimack Counties Inc., Concord, NH, for public transportation services in the Concord area, for an amount not to exceed $1,337,487. Effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
