Description
Authorize the Bureau of Environment to continue to make payments to the Department of Environmental Services for permit application fees, and in lieu mitigation fees pursuant to RSA 482-A, for DOT construction projects and maintenance activities requiring fill and dredge in wetlands, as well as other areas under the jurisdiction of RSA 482-A. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018.
