Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with East Coast Signals Inc., Deerfield, NH, for retrofitting all signal head backplates at ninety-one intersections in the southeast quadrant of the state with 2” fluorescent yellow retroreflective borders, on the basis of a low bid of $325,154. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $22,760.78 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through May 18, 2018. 100% Federal Funds.
