Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Pike Industries Inc., Belmont, NH, for pavement preservation and rehabilitation of 18 miles nine Tier-2 roadway segments in the northern region of the State, on the basis of a single bid of $3,725,444.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $186,272.23 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 27, 2017. 24% Betterment, 76% Federal Funds.
