Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to exercise contract renewal options with Conduent State and Local Solutions Inc., Germantown, MD (originally approved by G&C on 5-23-12, item #104), for toll maintenance services for the Toll Collection System, in an amount not to exceed $3,700,254, increasing from $14,785,605 to $18,485,859. Effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019. 100% Turnpike Funds.
