Description
Authorize the Bureau of Highway Maintenance to enter into a contract with ProMiles Software Development Corporation, Bridge City, TX, for design, testing, installation and maintenance services for the Oversize/Overweight Permitting Software System for the Division of Operations, in the amount of $2,814,392. Effective upon G&C approval through October 29, 2025 with the option to renew for up to three 3-year optional maintenance periods up to, but not beyond October 29, 2034. 71% Capital Highway Project, 29% OSOW Program Funds.
