Description
Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Health and Human Services, to amend a contract with MatrixCare Inc., Bloomington, MN (originally approved by G&C on 4-23-14, item #34E), for the purpose of continued hosting, operations, support and maintenance for both the Glencliff Electronic Health Records Enhancement system and the NH Hospital’s MealTracker system, to upgrade the NH Hospital’s current MealTracker 3.0 system, by increasing the price by $93,024 from $97,245 to $190,269, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2020. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: the agency Class 27 used by DHHS to reimburse DoIT for this contract is 60% Federal, 40% Other Funds.
