Description
Authorize, for the benefit of the Department of Health and Human Services, Bureau of Drug and Alcohol Services, to amend a sole source agreement with FEI.com Incorporated, Columbia, MD (originally approved by G& Con 8-11-10, Late Item A), for the purpose of continued hosting and maintenance support of the existing NH Web Infrastructure for Treatment Services , by increasing the price by $823,719 from $4,034,726 to $4,858,445, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2017 to December 31, 2019. 100% Other (Agency Class 27) Funds: the agency Class 27 used by DHHS to reimburse DoIT for this contract is 100% Federal Funds.
