Description
Authorize the Real Estate Commission to budget and expend $70,000 in examination fees collected from Real Estate exams for direct expenses of these examinations. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017. 100% Real Estate Exam Fees. (2)Further authorize the Real Estate Commission to amend the contract on a sole source basis with PSI Services Inc., (originally approved by G&C on 6-24-15, item #113), for testing services, by increasing the price by $70,000 from $260,000 to $330,000. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2017.
