Authorize to amend an existing contract with International Business Machine Corporation. Armonk, NY (originally approved by G&C on 6/12/24, Item #120), for computer equipment, peripherals & related services through a Participating Addendum with the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) Value Point Contract Master Agreement (MA), by increasing the price limitation by $12,000,000 from $2,000,000 to an amount up to and not to exceed $14,000,0000 and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2025 to terminate upon termination of the MA. The current MA has been extended by NASPO to June 30, 2026, with the option to extend for up to two additional years. The requested price limitation increase is based on projected annual spend and would meet all financial obligations should NASPO exercise their remaining extension options through June 30, 2028.
