Description
Authorize the Division of Parks and Recreation to enter into a Special Use Permit with the Appalachian Mountain Club, Boston, MA, for use of certain State-owned land collectively known as the Lonesome Lake Hut. (2)Further authorize to accept a one-time payment of $6,400.50 from the AMC in accordance with the terms of the Permit. Effective upon G&C approval through June 30, 2018.
