Description
Authorize to enter into a contract with Derry Roofing LLC, Derry, NH, in an amount up to and not to exceed $237,000 for roof replacement services at the New Hampshire Fish & Game building at 11 Hazen Drive, Concord, NH. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $50,000 for unanticipated site expenses. (3) Further authorize a payment of $8,000 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for engineering and project management services provided. Effective upon G&C approval through October 3, 2025. 100% Capital Funds
