Description
Authorize the Division of Education Improvement to amend an existing sole source contract, by exercising a renewal option, with the World-Class Instructional Design and Assessment Consortium at Wisconsin-Madison’s Wisconsin Center for Education Research (originally approved by G&C on 5-4-16, item #70), to administer the ACCESS for Ells English language proficiency test for all English language learners, by increasing the price by $148,350 from $265,000 to $413,350. Effective July 1, 2017 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2018. 50% General, 50% Federal Funds.
