Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Integrated Facilities Construction Corp., Medford, MA, for a total price not to exceed $479,400 for Thayer Building Roof Replacement. (2) Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $30,000 for unanticipated site expenses. (3) Further authorize a payment of $19,300 to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction, for project management and engineering services. Effective upon G&C approval through the completion of construction administration services, estimated to be November 14, 2025, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 100% Capital Funds
