Authorize the Office of Highway Safety to enter into a retroactive sole source contract with LexisNexis Coplogic Solutions Inc., Alpharetta, GA, for the continued provision of traffic-related data collection and analysis required for the NH Highway Safety Plan, in the amount of $90,000. Effective October 1, 2016 through September 30, 2018, with an option to renew for one two year period. 100% Federal Funds.
