Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with Candia South Branch Brook Holdings LLC, Candia, NH, for courtroom and office space for the 10th Circuit – District Division – Candia comprised of approximately 8,000 square feet, for an amount not to exceed $785,172. Effective July 21, 2017 through July 20, 2022. 100% Transfer Funds (Transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
