Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the Town of Salem, NH, for courtroom and office space for the 10th Circuit – District Division – Salem, comprised of approximately 21, 470 square feet, for an amount not to exceed $2,035,716. Effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2022. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
