Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with Sal’s Kitchen Realty LLC, Lawrence, MA, for courtroom and office space for the 9th Circuit Court – District Division – Milford, comprised of approximately 5,700 square feet, in an amount not to exceed $165,852. Effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies). (2)Further authorize a waiver from the Clean Air testing requirements.
