Authorize the Bureau of Court Facilities to enter into a lease agreement with the Count of Merrimack, Boscawen, NH, for courtroom and office space for the Merrimack County Superior Court, comprised of approximately 18,412 square feet, for an amount not to exceed $574,728. Effective July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019. 100% Transfer Funds (transfer from AOC, Rent from Other Agencies).
