Authorize to enter into an agreement with Granite State College, Concord, NH, to administer a tuition assistance program for Child Care Teachers and Directors of Child Care Programs for Young Children, in an amount not to exceed $600,000. Effective July 1, 2017 or upon G&C approval, whichever is later, through June 30, 2019. 100% Federal Funds.
