Description

Authorize to exercise a sole source renewal option and amend an existing contract with Welligent Inc.,, Norfolk, VA (originally approved by G&C on 6-18-14, item #90), to provide continued administration, hosting, support and maintenance of the NH AURIS system, a web-based application used to track maternal and child health data collected in the state of NH, by increasing the Price by $182,268 from $202,268 to an amount not to exceed $384,536, and by extending the completion date from June 30, 2017 to June 30, 2020. 100% Federal Funds.
