Description
Authorize the Bureau of Construction to enter into a contract with Delucca Fence Company Inc., Methuen, MA, for replacement of deficient guardrail in the District 5 and 6 areas, on the basis of a low bid of $864,749.50. (2)Further authorize a contingency in the amount of $60,532.47 for payment of latent conditions which may appear during the construction of the project. Effective upon G&C approval through October 20, 2017. 100% Federal Funds.
