Authorize to proceed with the sale and issuance of up to $10 million of general obligation bonds through a private placement with the NH Municipal Bond Bank should the NH Municipal Bond Bank choose to proceed with a new money issue and/or a refunding issue. Effective upon G&C approval through November 3, 2017.
