Authorize to award a Water Supply Land Protection Grant to the Town of Derry, NH, in the amount of $375,000 to purchase 63.5 acres of land in the Town of Derry and acquire a conservation easement on that land to protect public drinking water supply in the Town of Derry. Effective upon G&C approval through December 31, 2017. 100% Interagency Funds.
