Authorize to enter into a lease agreement with Independent Wireless One Leased Realty Corporation, Overland Park, KS, to site a cellular communications tower on the smokestack located at the Governor Hugh Gallen Office Park in Concord, NH. Revenues of $84,370.82 are to be realized by the State as unrestricted General Fund revenue. Effective June 1, 2017 through May 31, 2020.
