Description
Authorize the Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Kingdom Construction Inc., Newport, VT, for the construction of a salt building in Littleton, NH, for a total price not to exceed $639,044. (2)Further authorize the amount of $35,000 for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction for engineering services, bringing the total to $674,044. Effective upon G&C approval through September 29, 2017. 100% Capital – Highway Funds.
